Ages 18+ High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will not only help build your cardiovascular system but you’ll also build strength. This is a full-body workout with short bursts of intense exercises with short rests in between. Each week will consist of different exercises. Please bring an exercise mat and light weights.
