Ages 16+ 11 Week Programs! This Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, dance-fitness party exhilarates your senses and works all your major groups in a high-energy cardio blast that’s sure to leave you invigorated, refreshed, and full of life. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia, and samba set to Latin and international beats.
