General Forms

• • Personal Watercraft Registration for Tiogue Lake
  • All Personal Watercraft operating on Tiogue Lake must be registered with the Town of Coventry. *This applies to Tiogue Lake only* Completed registration form can be brought to the Parks and Recreation Department, 1277 Main Street, Coventry, between 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. PWC Permit will not be given same day. Registration Form must also have the approval of Coventry Municipal Court. Fee is $20 for a Coventry Resident and $40 for a non-resident
