Ages 16+ Bring the circuit to your mat. This is a full-body workout with bursts of lower intensity exercises with short rests in between. Please bring an exercise mat and light weights.

NO CLASS ON MAY 13 & MAY 27
**Makeup class on Thursday, May 30, 6:00-7:00pm**
$56 residents, $64 non-residents (8 weeks)
