Ages 18+ Cardio kickboxing is a high-energy fitness class that combines martial arts with cardio exercises. It's a fun non-contact workout that focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, burning calories, and building strength and coordination. Cassandra will lead the class, guiding you through choreographed movements of punches, kicks, core work and knee strikes set to energetic music you know and love!
