Ages 18+ Zumba is a cardio fitness class that combines Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves. It is a fun and energetic way to get in a great workout. It's designed for all fitness levels including beginners. Burn fat, tone up and feel great while having fun on the dance floor!
