New York City Holiday Motor CoachThe motor coach departs Coventry at 7:00 a.m. from the Guy L. Lefebvre Community Center (1277 Main St). Once in the City the bus will try to drop you off at The Plaza Hotel which is close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, museums, Broadway shows, and Rockefeller Center (Christmas Tree!). After exploring the City make your way back to the drop off location for a 8:00 p.m. departure. Ages 18+ 11 week programs! This class will offer a wide range of postures, with a focus on proper breathing, alignment, and body awareness. Improve strength, muscle tone, posture, and balance. Beginners welcome; modifications will be given to all who want to participate. Please bring a yoga mat.FALLmin 8, max 25 Tuesdays, September 30 - December 16, 6:15 - 7:15 pm; Guy L.
